Our agreement
These terms govern access to TaxAI’s website, workspace, APIs and agent integrations provided by Marsolab FZ-LLC. Review them before creating an account or purchasing a subscription. By creating an account or ordering the service after being presented with these terms, you agree to them on your own behalf or for the organisation you are authorised to represent. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase the service.
You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity and authority to enter the agreement. Your chosen plan and the price, currency, billing interval, taxes and limits displayed before purchase form part of your order. A separately signed agreement governs where it expressly changes these terms.
What TaxAI provides
TaxAI provides software for organising financial records, bookkeeping, tax estimates, deadline tracking and AI-assisted explanations of UAE tax information. Available features and limits depend on the selected plan and service configuration. Our licensed activities are Information Technology Consultants and Software House.
TaxAI is not a registered FTA tax agent, law firm, audit firm or government service. Software outputs, reminders, estimates and AI answers are not professional legal or tax advice and may contain errors or be incomplete or out of date. We do not file returns, pay taxes or represent you before the FTA. Verify important positions and deadlines with official sources or an appropriately qualified professional.
You remain responsible for accurate source records, reviews, filings, payments, deadlines and legally required record retention. These responsibilities do not exclude rights or remedies you have under mandatory law for a defective or misdescribed service.
Accounts, authorised users and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and grant access only to people authorised to see the records. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Firms must have authority from their clients to upload, process and share their information, including with AI or third-party integrations they choose to use.
Do not use TaxAI for unlawful activity, upload material you have no right to process, bypass access restrictions, interfere with security, distribute malicious code, or misuse the service to harm others. API and agent access is subject to the same permissions and plan limits as workspace access.
Subscriptions, payments and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance at the price, currency and monthly or annual interval shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes and additional charges must be disclosed before you authorise payment. Firm capacity or additional-client charges follow the terms displayed for the selected plan. Stripe processes payments.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing interval unless cancelled before renewal. Manage cancellation in workspace billing through the billing portal, or contact us if you cannot access it. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and leaves paid access available until the current period ends; it does not by itself delete your account or records.
Any trial or promotional offer applies only if expressly displayed with its duration and subsequent price. We will communicate price changes before they apply to a renewal so you can cancel. Changes requiring your agreement will be presented for acceptance. Failed payments may result in restricted paid features after notice, subject to applicable law.
Refunds and service problems
Contact hi@marsolab.com with your account email, payment reference and a description of the issue if you were charged incorrectly, received a defective or materially misdescribed service, or wish to request a refund. Do not send full card details. We assess the issue and provide correction, re-performance, a refund or another remedy as required by applicable law.
Cancelling because you no longer need the service does not automatically create a right to a refund for the unused part of an otherwise correctly supplied billing period, except where required by law or the offer you purchased. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, warranties, compensation or refund rights.
Your content and privacy
You retain rights in your uploaded records and other content. You grant us the limited permission to host, process and transmit it to deliver, secure and support the service you request. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide personal information about others. Our Privacy policy explains data categories, recipients, international processing, retention and rights.
AI features require company authorisation and may disclose relevant workspace content to Anthropic or OpenRouter and the configured model or document providers. Review the Privacy policy before using the advisor. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique or suitable for your circumstances. Connecting another application also subjects its handling of information to its own terms.
The TaxAI software, branding and site content belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited right to use the service for authorised business purposes, not ownership of the software or our branding.
Availability, suspension and ending the service
We aim to keep TaxAI available, but maintenance, provider outages and technical faults can interrupt it. No specific uptime commitment applies unless separately agreed. We may suspend access proportionately for a security threat, unlawful use, serious breach or unpaid charges. We will explain the reason and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve it where practicable and lawful.
You may stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time. Contact us to close an account or request an export or deletion. Before closing, retain records you need for tax or business obligations. If we discontinue a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice and any refund or other remedy required by law for service not supplied. Data retention after termination follows the Privacy policy.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
We are responsible for providing the service in accordance with this agreement and applicable law. You are responsible for your authorised use and the accuracy of information you submit. We do not guarantee a particular tax outcome, savings, acceptance by an authority or that every error will be detected.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer remedies or liability for fraud. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of claims or require you to give up statutory rights.
Governing law, complaints and changes
The laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in Ras Al Khaimah govern this agreement. Contact us first to seek a resolution of a complaint. The competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory right to another court or consumer complaint body. There is no mandatory private arbitration requirement.
We will publish updates with a revised date and give notice of material changes before they take effect. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Where acceptance is required, we will request it. English and Arabic versions are available; any mandatory Arabic-language requirements and applicable law prevail over inconsistent wording.
